The firm is set to move into world class premises, located on the corner of London Circuit and Constitution Avenue, in 2020.

Constitution Place, Capital Property Group’s $300 million precinct development, will be a 12-level centrally located, commercial, hotel and dining precinct.

MinterEllison has committed to approximately 2,300 square metres of office space on levels 10 and 11 of the building, which is located next to the ACT Legislative Assembly.

The lease term is for 13 years.
