Sally has had a full-time career as a Non-Executive Director since 2010, following a distinguished executive career in the financial services industry in Australia and the USA. Her career includes roles at Macquarie Bank and at Westpac where she led major divisions in the Institutional Bank, BT Financial and the Retail and Business bank. Sally also brings deep sector knowledge in the property and retail industries. She is currently a non-executive director of ASX-listed Suncorp Group Ltd, Premier Investments Ltd, Breville Ltd and Abacus Storage King Ltd.

Warwick brings decades of experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. His career includes leadership roles at Telstra as Head of Corporate Strategy, Group Managing Director Mobile, and Chief Financial Officer. Warwick has also held senior positions in investment banking at JP Morgan and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and as a partner at McKinsey in Europe. He is currently a non-executive director of ASX-listed Woolworths Group Ltd and Spark NZ Ltd.
