The project has involved the purchase of a 22.16ha parcel of industrial land and the subsequent development, leasing, subdivision and sale of seven small lots located at Captain Cook Drive, Arundel on the Gold Coast in Queensland.

MinterEllison has acted on all aspects of the project to date, spanning complex property, construction, planning and environment, titling, leasing, FIRB, tax and stamp duty issues. Since acquiring the site in late 2017, LOGOS has developed or leased 48% of the property and is currently working with a number of occupiers on the remaining space. MinterEllison will continue to advise LOGOS on the project through to completion.
