MinterEllison has advised Frasers Property Australia on the acquisition of Skyridge, a 334-hectare development estate on the Gold Coast in Queensland, for $170 million.

Skyridge is one of the larger master-planned communities under development on the Gold Coast. When complete, the estate is expected to accommodate approximately 3,500 lots together with a retail town centre. The acquisition adds significant scale to Frasers Property Australia's residential development pipeline in South East Queensland.
