MinterEllison in Perth recently announced a senior level appointment in the workplace team. Specialist adviser, Kylie Groves has been appointed to the position of legal consultant where she will advise clients in all areas of employment, workplace relations, workplace health and safety, discrimination and industrial relations.

Kylie has over 20 years' experience inside legal firms and has worked for state and federal government, and for the state and federal industrial relations commissions.

Kylie returns to MinterEllison after almost ten years.

"Coming back was an easy decision for me", according to Kylie. "I've watched from the sidelines as the team has grown to what I believe is the best in the market. It certainly attracts the best clients and the best talent", she said.

Kylie joins senior level practitioners including workplace partners, Kathy Reid and Craig Boyle.
