MinterEllison appoints new Construction and Infrastructure partner in Sydney

MinterEllison has appointed Adam Perl as a Partner in the firm’s Projects, Infrastructure & Construction practice in Sydney. Adam joins the firm from Pinsent Masons.

Adam brings more than 22 years’ experience advising on major construction and infrastructure projects across Australia, New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific. He has deep expertise in the procurement and delivery of complex engineering, transport, energy and social infrastructure projects, supporting clients from project inception through to final completion. 

His experience spans major tenders and procurement processes, from alliances to PPPs, including contract drafting and negotiation, project and delivery model structuring, joint ventures and complex interface arrangements. Adam also has significant experience in contentious project administration and strategic project advisory work.
