MinterEllison today announced 91 senior appointments including 10 new partners, 14 special counsel, 4 executive directors, 4 directors, 51 senior associates, and 8 senior managers, across its Australian offices. Women continue to represent the majority of promotions.
The legal and consulting promotions reflect increasing client and business demand in data privacy, digital transformation and procurement, cyber security, governance advice, AI and innovation, dispute resolution, tax, ESG, and workplace and industrial relations.
All legal and consulting senior appointments will support clients as they grow, consolidate, fortify, and protect their businesses, as well as transition to new markets and transform using technology. The appointments also reflect MinterEllison's commitment to supporting people's career ambitions and progression.

The firm's consulting services – MinterEllison Consulting – is seeing growing demand for digital transformation, cyber security and governance advice, and the use and impact of emerging technologies.
There are 10 new partner promotes in total; an equal number of women and men.
The new partners are working everyday with clients who are adopting new technologies and their responsible use within industries in transition including health, energy and resources (including renewables), real estate, media, and technology. Three new partners have specialist technology, digital transformation and data expertise.
