The awards celebrate Australia’s top organisations for LGBTQ inclusion based on the results of the Australian Workplace Equality Index (AWEI) – the definitive national benchmark on LGBTQ workplace inclusion – and the Health + Wellbeing Equality Index (HWEI).

2020 highlights include:

• Celebrating more than 20 years of providing pro bono legal support to Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras
• Marching in Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras 2020, and again in 2021
• Advising Mardi Gras in relation to its successful bid to host WorldPride in 2023 and subsequently. Sydney World Pride ‒ the body set up to deliver the successful bid.
• 623 PRIME members from across MinterEllison's offices, with 77 new members joining in 2020
• 71 PRIME Committee members.
