With a robust background spanning over 20 years, David is a distinguished corporate and commercial lawyer specialising in energy & resources, mining, project development, and oil and gas sectors. David has worked closely with ASX200 companies on a range of transactions including M&A, equity capital markets, capital management, and regulatory compliance.
