I have acted in matters involving restructures and transitions to new commercial models, post-employment obligations and confidentiality, disputes arising from enterprise agreements and modern awards, employment separations and dismissal-related claims and all issues arising from enterprise bargaining including good faith bargaining and responding to industrial action. 

Providing advice on workplace issues and sensitive employment matters to employers in the retail, banking and finance, vehicle, technology, transport, health, infrastructure and construction and energy and resources industries.
