• Construction litigation: Supporting a leading construction client across major disputes, managing over 20TB of data and delivering a technology-assisted review of more than one million documents, including complex data conversion and reconciliation to enable efficient, defensible and cost-effective discovery.
• Regulatory responses: Advising on responses to major regulatory notices and public inquiries, including Royal Commissions and investigations by agencies such as the ACCC and ASIC, designing defensible, technology-enabled review workflows to manage risk and deliver under compressed timeframes.
• Class actions: Supporting clients across complex class actions, managing sensitive, high-volume data sets and applying strategic, technology-assisted review approaches to deliver efficient, defensible outcomes at scale.
