- Acted for a real estate private equity firm in connection with senior and mezzanine debt facilities provided by NAB and PAG to fund acquisition and early works on a mixed-use development.
- Representing Borg's syndicate of financiers, providing multi-option corporate and acquisition facilities totalling $375m.
- Acted for Metrics providing c$135m acquisition funding to Aland in connection with its proposed development of a major mixed-use community adjacent to Cherrybrook Metro, which includes affordable housing and involves Landcom.
- Acted for Regal Partners in its acquisition of Merricks Capital, covering a $2.9B portfolio of funds deploying capital across commercial real estate, agriculture, and specialised industrial and infrastructure assets across three dedicated funds and a number of co-investment vehicles.
- Advised HomesNSW in respect of the financing and security structures required to accommodate construction finance raised by the developer, Billbergia in respect of its 800-unit Arncliffe Central project, including social and affordable housing to be managed by Evolve.
- Acted for CBA in providing c$43.5m in acquisition and corporate facilities to Tasman Capital Partners in its acquisition of Acis Services group.
- Advised NAB's agrifinance team structuring prospective carbon sequestration projects including offtake arrangements with carbon credit commodity traders and major mining and oil and gas companies, with the first such deal to close being Bellevue Station deal with Shell as carbon offtaker.
- Acted on multi-currency corporate and acquisition facilities totalling approx. A$415m for SG Fleet, including subordinated vendor finance and linked securitisation financing.
- Acted on A$1.2b syndicated construction funding for Barangaroo's International Towers.
