I'm a Special Counsel in MinterEllison’s Dispute Resolution team in Brisbane, specialising in complex, high-stakes disputes, including large-scale commercial litigation, regulatory enforcement and commissions of inquiry. I bring deep expertise in financial services, regulatory proceedings and insolvency. I'm trusted by major institutions, regulators and funds to guide them through their most significant disputes and investigations.

  • Acting for ASIC in multiple high-profile investigations and civil penalty proceedings, including Australian Securities and Investments Commission v FIIG Securities Limited [2026] FCA 92. 
  • Acting for major financial institutions including NAB, ANZ, Suncorp, Commonwealth Bank and Westpac in debt recovery, security enforcement and insolvency-related litigation. 
  • Ferrier Hodgson, Rabobank Australia Ltd: Acting for the secured creditor and receivers and managers seeking recovery of an exposure in excess of $120m, including litigation to pursue alleged fraudulent dispositions of property.
  • Salter Brothers: Acting for the trustee of funds established to facilitate investment under the Federal Government’s Significant Investor Visa program, in Federal Court litigation commenced by investors alleging breaches of the Corporations Act.
  • Advising major institutional clients in connection with the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry; and the Royal Commission on Antisemitism and Social Cohesion
