Elouise Blunt
Special Counsel, Melbourne
I am an infrastructure and construction specialist, advising both the government and private sector on the procurement and delivery of road, rail, health, transport and energy projects. I advise on all stages of the project lifecycle, including early procurement planning, drafting and negotiating transaction documents and contract administration issues, across a diverse range of contract models.

I help clients to manage the challenges of infrastructure delivery and achieve their objectives in successfully procuring and delivering major infrastructure projects. I bring a deep knowledge of and perspective on the key issues involved in major project delivery and a nuanced understanding of current market positions, informed by my extensive experience working for both government and the private sector on some of Australia's most significant infrastructure projects. I provide clear, robust and pragmatic advice.

I have been recognised in Best Lawyers Australia as ‘Ones to Watch’ in Construction and Infrastructure Law in the 2024, 2025 and 2026 editions.
