Kent Grey
Senior Legal Counsel, Adelaide
I am an accomplished corporate and commercial lawyer with a professional focus – and keen personal interest – in Australian mining, and oil and gas. I am particularly interested in the future of the uranium and nuclear industries. I have a long history of working with many of the major resources companies on significant Australian mining projects.

Key focus areas also include commercial and business transactions, M&A, contracting, procurement and project delivery.

I have a professional interest in corporate governance, governance systems, directors' duties, board and shareholder meetings and privacy law.

I am a clear communicator who seeks pragmatic, effective and commercial solutions to issues.
