  • ARTC – advised ARTC on its Melbourne Airport Rail Project and its dual procurement of the Botany Rail Duplication Project and the Cabramatta Loop Project.
  • Western Harbour Tunnel and Warringah Freeway Upgrade – advised TfNSW on the procurement of the Warringah Freeway upgrade section and assisted with providing strategic advice on the procurement structure of Western Harbour Tunnel.
  • WestConnex – advised Sydney Motorway Corporation and RMS on all aspects of the 3 stages of the WestConnex Motorway Project, including drafting and negotiating the Stages 1 and 2 Project Deeds and Stage 2 D&C Deed, and providing strategic advice on the broader procurement structure.
  • Sydney Metro West Enabling Works – advised on the procurement of the Sydney International Speedway construction package and other enabling works for Sydney Metro West Project.
  • Project Remediate – advised Department of Customer Service – Office of Project Remediate in relation to its procurement of a provider for lending services.
  • NSW Treasury – advised NSW Treasury on the development of its standard PPP Template Project Deed.
  • Social Housing – advised the NSW Aboriginal Land Council in relation to its bid under Phase 2 of the NSW Social and Affordable Housing Fund.
  • Student Accommodation – advised UTAS in relation to the procurement of its student accommodation project.
