I specialise in drafting, negotiating and advising on technology and commercial contracts, helping clients navigate the complexities of this rapidly evolving area. I have extensive experience advising on arrangements for ICT services, outsourcing and strategic procurement in highly regulated sectors, drawing on global expertise to deliver practical, risk-aware solutions. My work spans a wide range of technology and commercial arrangements, including for AI, cloud and as-a-Service models, software and IP licensing, services, and major development and implementation projects.
I also have deep experience guiding clients through the technology aspects of M&A transactions, including business separation, business integration and transitional services arrangements.
