In addition to advising on day-to-day matters, I have particular expertise handling sensitive and strategic executive-level employment law concerns, including regulatory issues and post employment restraints. I regularly conduct litigation on unfair dismissal, adverse action, discrimination and breach-of-contract claims. I also advise MinterEllison’s corporate team on the implications of mergers, acquisitions, sales, outsourcing and restructuring.

• Macquarie Radio Network Limited – advised on its $200 million merger with Fairfax Media Limited
• Lloyds Banking Group – acted with Allen & Overy as joint legal advisers on the sale of the group’s Australian asset finance business – Capital Finance Australia Limited – and its corporate loan portfolio – BOS International (Australia) Limited – to Westpac Banking Corporation for approximately $1.55 billion
