She has acted for government and private operators in relation to public transport franchise agreements with the New South Wales and Victorian State governments. She also has an in-depth knowledge of operational issues associated with passenger transport, including the supply, maintenance and leasing of fleet; fuel and traction power supply; passenger and control systems; cleaning; advertising and other key service and supply contracts. She acted for the NSW Department of Transport in regard to the franchising of Sydney Ferries, for Yarra Trams in the acquisition of 50 new Bombardier trams, and for TransdevTSL on a number of bids for passenger transport contracts.
