Lindsay Powers
Senior Legal Consultant, Sydney
I have been a key adviser to Australian and international banks, financial institutions, corporates and insolvency practitioners for many years. I also regularly represent clients in major commercial disputes across multiple industries including telecommunications, financial services, property development, and transportation.

I've built a career as one of Australia's leading experts in litigation.

Over the past 40 years, I have worked with clients across the full range of complex local and cross-border insolvencies and commercial disputes.

I am proud of my roles as a former director of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration and an Associate Member of the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia. I frequently lecture and write on commercial law topics and am a Teaching Fellow at the University of New South Wales.
