A trusted adviser to the Queensland Government on high-profile projects, Ross also acts for the private sector in commercial aspects of large infrastructure, mining and resources, and utilities projects. He has particular skill at the important interface of commercial construction issues, as well as complex policy concerns.
Ross’ expertise spans both project creation and operation. He is an expert in risk analysis, global procurement arrangements, and diverse project delivery methods including PPPs, alliances, ECI, EPC, EPCM as well as traditional models.
He also provides public and private sector advice on the acquisition, operation, disposal, funding and due diligence for major projects, as well as State asset agreements for private proponents.
