Ross has been the lead advisor on many high-profile Queensland Government projects including the new Queensland Children's Hospital, the Surat Basin Railway, the State Tennis Centre, the Western Corridor Recycling Project and the privatisation of Energex.

Ross has extensive experience in procurement dealing widely in significant government and private sector transactions, within Australia and overseas. He has developed a number of complex strategic global procurement arrangements, as well as supervising the drafting of standard contracts packages for a wide range of clients. Ross is both an expert on risk analysis and diverse project delivery methods including PPPs, alliances, EPC and EPCM, and more traditional models.

He has advised a range of water service providers, water authorities, industrial and mining companies, and irrigators on many significant matters and projects.
