Minter Ellison's international expansion began with the opening of the London office in 1974, and this office continues to play a pivotal role in the firm's international network today.
With a large team of lawyers based in London, we provide a single local point of contact for clients in Europe with operations or business interests throughout the Asia Pacific, particularly in the key areas of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, securities and equity capital markets, and banking and finance.
A particular focus of this office is advising European law firms and corporate clients on all aspects of Australian law providing on-the-spot advice on specific issues or acting as Australasian or Asia Pacific counsel on multi-jurisdictional transactions.
