She has previously worked in a similar role within a top tier accounting firm in Sydney, and has also worked in the recruitment industry. Robyn has worked with Minter Ellison for over four years and has extensive management and people and business development skills. Apart from managing legal offices she has also managed golf clubs and was business development manager for various children's charities and hospitals in Western Australia. This vast experience enables Robyn to apply varied skills in dealing with all aspects of managing a legal office. Robyn's role as General Manager includes the recruitment of professional and support staff for our Darwin office. Nicole brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as Support Resourcing Consultant, having worked at Minter Ellison for over 12 years in a variety of roles including Group Administrator for the Human Resources & Industrial Relations group as well as six months at two of our international offices. Since mid 2006 Nicole has focussed on the sourcing of legal support staff for the Melbourne office in conjunction with supervising the secretarial support services team and coordination of the trainee legal secretary program.
