Biography
Judy is a member of Minter Ellison's top tier Asian Construction, Engineering and Infrastructure practice based in Hong Kong.
Since joining Minter Ellison in February 2003, Judy has worked in the Brisbane Real Estate and Commercial Property office and the Sydney Construction Engineering and Infrastructure team. Judy's experience includes advising on, drafting and negotiating building contracts and development agreements, drafting and negotiating commercial and retail leases, commercial property sales and acquisition. As well as working on non-contentious work, Judy has experience in contentious construction disputes.
Judy qualified as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2002 and as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2005. She is a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Hong Kong.
