Biography
Craig is a Special Counsel in the Brisbane Tax division. He has extensive experience advising in all areas of income tax and capital gains tax as well as other taxes. His practice includes both front end advice, and assisting with negotiations and litigation of tax disputes.
He has a particular interest in taxation issues relating to climate change and emissions trading.
He is a member of the National Corporate Tax Technical, and the Queensland Technical, Committees of the Taxation Institute of Australia. He is a Fellow of both the Taxation Institute of Australia and the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Physics.
