Biography
Leigh is recognised as a leading commercial lawyer and strategic adviser, both in Australia and internationally. With more than 25 years' experience, he specialises in acquisitions and disposals, capital raisings, takeovers, corporate reconstructions and general corporate law.
Leigh has extensive experience providing advice to local and international companies on Australia's Corporations Law and other business laws, and regularly leads Minter Ellison teams on major transactions. He has long been rated in international surveys and has been recommended by Global Counsel 3000 in the areas of company and corporate transactions and capital markets.
He is a member of the Law Society's Business Law Committee and currently has memberships with the Australian Mining and Petroleum Law Association, International Bar Association, Australian Corporate Lawyers Association, Australian Institute of Company Directors and American Chamber of Commerce.
