Biography
Cameron leads Minter Ellison's Real Estate group in Queensland and is one of the state's leading property lawyers.
He is a strategic adviser to public sector and corporate clients on a wide range of property matters. His experience includes government infrastructure projects, staged and mixed use developments, joint ventures, structured titling arrangements, telecommunications rollouts, the acquisition, development and disposal of prime office, retail and industrial complexes, and commercial leasing.
Cameron has a particular interest in major property development and infrastructure projects. He was a key adviser in one of the first integrated tourist resort developments in Queensland and acted for the Queensland Government in delivering key tourism and sports infrastructure through Minter Ellison's involvement in the development of the Townsville Ocean Terminal, Brisbane Cruise Ship Terminal, State Tennis Centre and Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. Cameron is presently advising Multiplex on its $1.5 billion North Bank project in Brisbane's CBD.
