Biography
Fai-Peng is Special Counsel in Adelaide's Corporate and Commercial Division, dedicated to assisting our clients located in Asia. His principal areas of practice are in capital raisings, assisting enterprises to list on the Australian Securities Exchange, corporate and commercial law and advising Asian based clients generally in relation to in-bound investments to Australia.
Fai-Peng is also a Director of TWT Group Limited and Mesbon China Nylon Ltd, both China based manufacturing companies listed at the ASX. He is a native speaker of Chinese, Indonesian and Malay.
Fai-Peng graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Adelaide and Master of Business Administration (international Management) from RMIT. He is also a fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
