Biography
Scott is the head of our Dispute Resolution practice.
He has handled major disputes involving multi-jurisdictional litigation, mediations and expert determinations. His commercial litigation practice involves advising on a range of areas including commercial agreements, information technology, property and leasing, resources, financial services, corporations legislation applications, security enforcement and debt recovery.
Scott advises both private and public sector clients on strategies for handling and resolving major commercial disputes and has extensive experience in dispute resolution.
Scott's expertise is recognised by Asia Pacific Legal 500 (2009) where he is named as a leading individual for dispute resolution.
