Biography
Based in Hong Kong since 1988, Ian has had a key role in a diverse range of major construction and project development matters in Hong Kong and throughout Asia. He has experience regularly advising contractors, proprietors, government, financiers, consultants and insurers on their relationships, risk allocation and risk management strategies and claims and dispute resolution.
Ian has advised on building and engineering contracts in various parts of the region. He also has significant experience of construction related insolvency and disputes.
Ian is recognised as a leading environment lawyer in Hong Kong by PLC Which Lawyer 2007/2008.
