Biography
Alberto practices in corporate and securities law with a wide range of experience in equity capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions. He has been involved in a number of high profile public company takeovers and reconstructions. Alberto also acts for vendors and purchasers in private treaty trade sales, joint ventures, MBOs, corporate restructures and a wide variety of other corporate transactions.
Alberto's clients include a number of publicly listed companies, substantial Australian and foreign-owned private companies, advising on a broad range of transactions and corporate governance matters.
He has published numerous articles and regularly gives presentations on current developments in corporate and securities law.
