Biography
Fiona specialises in infrastructure project development, construction, financing and acquisitions, particularly in cross-border transactions for multi-national clients.
Fiona also has extensive experience in project financing and other debt transactions, representing both borrowers and lenders. She is experienced in corporate leasing, construction and planning law.
With over 15 years practising in Hong Kong, Fiona has particular expertise in large scale energy projects across Asia and in transactions involving foreign investment in the PRC. Her experience encompasses Greater China, the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Korea, Japan, Mongolia, Australia and the US, with a special focus on the PRC.
Fiona joined Minter Ellison in 2009 from Cordells. She qualified in California in 1987 and was admitted in Hong Kong in 1997. She speaks and reads Mandarin Chinese.
