Biography
Bruce is a highly regarded corporate lawyer specialising in issues of directors' duties and crisis management. He heads a strong Minter Ellison team in Brisbane and has nearly 30 years' experience specialising in mergers and acquisitions, fund raising and structuring advice.
He is also active in advising a range of private and public sector clients on a variety of corporate governance issues and has lectured widely on the subject. Bruce is a member of the State Council of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Law Committee of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Law Council of Australia's Company Law Committee, which has played a leading role in the public debate on corporate governance.
