Biography
Glenda practises in the area of corporate and commercial law, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, board disputes and corporate governance. She has extensive experience representing clients at the Takeovers Panel and at ASIC hearings.
Glenda also has a broad range of experience in general commercial matters.
Before joining Minter Ellison she was a partner at both Lavan Legal and Bennett & Co. Before that Glenda was the manager of the Mergers and Acquisitions team at ASIC.
