Biography
Richard is a Partner in our Corporate group. He joined Minter Ellison from Coles Group Limited, Australia's largest retailer, where he was the General Counsel and Company Secretary.
Richard has over 15 years' experience as a senior legal adviser and general manager covering a range of industries, particularly telecommunications. He is an skilled practitioner and negotiator with wide experience in relation to mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, trade practices, competition law, fair trading and marketing issues. This, coupled with his track record in dealing with regulators and his deep appreciation of technology makes him an ideal choice to assist with complex matters particularly across the telecommunications, electricity and retail sectors.
