Biography
David coordinates the corporate finance practice of the firm's Finance Division.
He rejoined the firm in November 2005, having been a partner before from 1992 to 2002.
David has extensive experience in acquisition financing, privatisations, PPPs and all types of corporate finance. He has led Minter Ellison teams on infrastructure deals and a number of energy industry acquisitions, including some of the biggest seen in that sector in Australia.
He has worked often with international organisations, particularly Asian, US, UK and French companies and consortia, investing in Australia.
