Biography
David is recognised as a leading legal adviser to the construction, engineering and project development industries.
He has 25 years' experience negotiating and managing major projects, project administration and dispute management and is a mediator qualified by the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators of Australia.
David has taken a key role in a diverse range of major construction and project developments, regularly advising contractors, proprietors, financiers and their consultants on their relationships, including risk allocation and risk management strategies, as well as contracting options.
Projects in Sydney have included King St Wharf, Darling Harbour, the Wharf at Woolloomooloo, Stadium Australia, Star City Casino, Southland Colliery, Sydney Central Plaza, Southern Cross Trans-Atlantic Cable Project, Imax Theatre, The Bennelong and Chifley Tower.
