Biography
Bruce is a Partner in the Corporate Advisory team and head of Minter Ellison Perth's technology and intellectual property practice. He acts for clients in both the public and private sector in relation to mergers & acquisitions and commercial contracts, with particular expertise in the technology sector. Bruce helps technology suppliers and customers with their commercialisation and procurement requirements. He also advises on intellectual property strategy and protection, spearheading the Perth office's Business and Brand Registration Service which offers a comprehensive approach to assist clients in dealing with their registration needs upon the creation of a new business or product/service line.
Bruce is a regular speaker and teacher on corporate advisory, technology and intellectual property issues and is a published author in Australian and international journals.
