Biography
Clive is an experienced dispute resolution lawyer and has represented clients in mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation in Australia, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, India and Indonesia. Clive’s experience has covered a broad range of construction disputes with particular specialisation in engineering, oil and gas and design defect cases.
Clive is also experienced in front-end construction work, assisting owners, contractors, engineers and architects in drafting and negotiating construction contracts. He has advised on a number of commercial contracts relating to large construction and resource projects.
Clive previously worked for Corrs Chambers Westgarth in Perth and for Fishburn Morgan Cole in London. Presently, Clive works on matters relating to the mineral resources, oil and gas and construction industries in Australia and abroad. He assists the firm’s clients with contract drafting, advice and all forms of dispute resolution. Clive is rated by Chambers Legal 500 as one of Australia's leading construction lawyers.
