Biography
Louisa is an experienced Solicitor and has worked with Minter Ellison for over 10 years in our Adelaide and interstate offices. She has a reputation for providing prompt, technically accurate and commercial outcomes for her clients.
Louisa specialises in all aspects of the sale or acquisition of companies and/or businesses and advises in relation to appropriate investment vehicles. She is experienced in the formulation, negotiation and documentation of joint venture relationships across a broad range of industries including the property, travel & tourism, construction and infrastructure industries. Louisa is also experienced in the formulation, negotiation and documentation of facilities management and service arrangements.
In addition, Louisa provides a 'general counsel' type role to a number of her corporate clients, delivering legal and business assistance in relation to their organisation's day to day activities, acquisitions, contractual arrangements (including distribution and supply arrangements), corporate governance and many other issues as and when they arise – her role for these clients extends beyond traditional legal advice such that she is engaged as a trusted business adviser.
