Biography
Duncan McGregor specialises in environmental and development law and is leader of Minter Ellison's National Climate Change Team.
Duncan specialises in obtaining complex environmental and project approvals for developers, and advises on other environmental issues including pollution licensing and contaminated land.
As one of Minter Ellison's climate change specialists, Duncan advises clients in relation to the likely operation of the Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme, their obligations under existing greenhouse and energy reporting legislation, and opportunities arising under that and related legislation, particularly in the areas of renewable energy and carbon abatement projects.
