Biography
Elizabeth is an experienced construction lawyer who joined Minter Ellison in October 2001, having been a partner at Phillips Fox.
She has a successful practice advising and handling complex litigation for project developers, contractors, sub-contractors and proprietors, as well as a front-end practice, advising construction industry participants on contractual issues at the planning and commissioning stages.
Elizabeth's clients value her 'easy to work with' style and strong negotiation skills.
She also teaches construction contract law as part of the Master of Legal Studies at the University of New South Wales.
