Biography
Iain is Director of Minter Ellison's International Trade Group. He undertakes work for a range of Australian and international clients, primarily in the areas of:
- international trade
- investment
- trade practices, and
- government law.
He is recognised as one of Australia's leading international trade lawyers in Chambers Global, Best Lawyers International, Who's Who Legal and other independent legal directories.
Iain has more than 12 years' experience working on legal, regulatory and other issues in Australasia, North America and Europe, including at the international level. In addition to his experience with Minter Ellison, Iain has served as a capital-based Government official, a diplomat, and as a legal officer advising the Appellate Body of the World Trade Organization (WTO).
