Biography
Iain undertakes work for a range of Australian and international clients, primarily in the international trade and trade practices areas as Director of the International Trade Group. He is recognised as one of Australia's leading international trade lawyers in Chambers Global, a leading legal directory. His expertise in international trade law is also recognised in his appointment as adjunct Associate Professor of law at the University of Canberra.
Iain has spent over a decade working on legal, regulatory and related issues in Australasia, North America and Europe, including at the international level. He has served as a capital-based Government official, a diplomat, and as a legal officer at the World Trade Organization (WTO).
