Biography
Mark advises on Corporations Act and Listing Rule compliance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance issues (including the law of meetings), and insurance industry restructuring. He has acted for AMP on its demutualisation and listing and aspects of the demerger of AMP's UK operations.
He is co-author of titles on Partnerships and Joint Ventures in Halsbury's Laws of Australia and the Joint Venture section of the Australian Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents, and regularly lectures on Directors' and Officers' duties for Chartered Secretaries Australia.
Mark is a member of the Australian Mining and Petroleum Law Association and the Law Council of Australia - Corporations Committee.
