Biography
Greg has advised and represented construction, engineering, energy and resources clients on complex contractual issues, many of which have been connected with major Western Australian projects.
He has also advised on the statutory and regulatory regimes in the context of electricity and gas developments and transactions in the area. He is head of the Perth office's Energy, Resources and Infrastructure group, as well as head of that office's Electricity group, which is involved in the reform of the state's electricity industry.
He is a member of the Australian Institute of Energy, Lawyers Engaged in Alternative Dispute Resolution (LEADR), Law Society of Western Australia, Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators Australia (IAMA), Australian Institute of Project Management and Law Council of Australia. Greg sits on Law Council sub-committees in Western Australia relating to Resources, Energy and Environmental Law (WA Chair) and Construction and Infrastructure.
Greg is a regular presenter of resources and construction law seminars. He is an Accredited Mediator of LEADR (Advanced Panel) and IAMA. He is also a grade one arbitrator with IAMA.
