Biography
Property law specialist Siew, brings more than two decades of experience advising on a full range of property related transactions and related financing.
Siew advises a range of property institutions, financiers, and tenants on major office, retail and residential developments and transactions, and property joint ventures. She also has significant experience in commercial and retail leasing and advises a number of financial services organisations and property institutions on their leasing portfolios.
Siew's other areas of focus are will drafting, probate, acquisition and disposal of businesses and company shares liquor licensing requirements. She has litigation experience in the Local, District, Supreme and Family Courts in New South Wales.
