Biography
Julie advises government, owners, contractors and proponents across a range of industry sectors, including commercial building, transport infrastructure, energy, mining and resources.
Specialising in construction law since 1998, her current areas of practice include:
- drafting construction and engineering contracts (both traditional and non-traditional, and including early contractor involvement)
- drafting related project and tender documentation
- preparing alliance agreements
- administering project and procurement documentation across a broad range of delivery models
- assisting in interpretation and administration of contracts
- construction dispute resolution (eg. arbitration, mediation, senior executive appraisal and litigation).
