Biography
Clay works predominantly with energy industry clients advising in relation to all aspects of their commercial and regulatory operations. He has been almost exclusively involved in advising participants in the energy industry on regulatory and infrastructure development matters for the past 12 years.
In 2007 was recognised by Australasian Legal Business (ALB) in their Energy and Resources guide as "the best lawyer in Australia when it comes to his understanding of electricity law". He was also recognised by his peers as one of Australia's top Energy lawyers in Best Lawyers: Australia (2010 and 2009).
