MinterEllison adds specialist Environment and Planning Partner

Internationally recognised lawyer and former environmental engineer, Joshua Dellios has joined MinterEllison as an Environment and Planning Partner, adding to the firm's strong 'whole of project lifecycle' national capability.

Previously at White & Case, Melbourne-based Dellios brings his strong global expertise in assisting clients to navigate complex environmental and social risk matters to MinterEllison's national Environment and Planning practice.

MinterEllison is independently ranked in Bands 1 and 2 by Chambers Asia Pacific 2019 for Construction, Real Estate, Government, Environment and Planning, and Infrastructure.

Specialising in major project approvals, land access and assembly matters, land contamination and environmental compliance and regulatory issues, Mr Dellios brings knowledgeable and practical insights in environmental regulation across a number of sectors including infrastructure, renewable energy and resources.

In joining MinterEllison, Mr Dellios said he was looking forward to applying his experience working across Australia, Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Africa to negotiate solution-focussed outcomes for clients.
