MinterEllison's role included advising Evans Dixon in relation to all aspects of the IPO and ASX listing, including undertaking due diligence and chairing the due diligence process, drafting the prospectus, and obtaining Corporations Act modifications from ASIC.

The firm also advised on various employment arrangements for executives and senior managers and employee share / option plans.
